Hello and welcome to the Cross Trainer.  This program was designed to help
people like myself achieve and maintain fitness in their daily lives.  I
know from personal experience that very few people can properly manage their
fitness programs.  Thus the Cross Trainer which allows you to track
Nutrition, Weight Lifting and Aerobic Activity.  The Cross trainer will also
create and schedule Workouts designed for your level and sport.  The Cross
Trainer will set goals for each workout and will allow you to print your
workout before going to the gym.  

If you encounter any bugs or have any suggestions as to how we can improve the
Cross Trainer, please contact Innovative Logic at logic@magi.com.  

To install the Cross Trainer: 

1. Locate SETUP.EXE in the temporary unzip directory.
2. Run SETUP.EXE and specify the destination directory.
3. The Cross Trainer will be installed and Setup will create a Program Group
   and Icon.

There is no need to copy any files to the WINDOWS or SYSTEM directories. (Except if
there is a conflict with another version of a VBX file(as with the GSW.DLL file by
one user!)).  The Cross Trainer will work on 99% of all computers with all files in
the same directory (I didn't want to overwrite the files in the system directory in
case another program is using them).
